PERFORMED DIAGNOSTIC PROCEDURE WITH PRO DEMAND. STARTED VEHICLE AND LET ENGINE REACH OPERATING TEMPERATURE. SCANNED VEHICLE AGAIN AND FOUND SAME TWO CODES. USING MULTIMETER, TESTED RESISTANCE AT FUEL INJECTOR AND FOUND THAT THE FUEL INJECTOR RESISTANCE IS AT 17.2OHMS; SPEC FOR RESISTANCE IS AROUND 13OHMS AT ROUGHLY 90*F. CHECK CONNECTIONS OF HARNESS GOING TO INJECTOR AND FOUND NO CONCERNS. INSTALLED ASD RELAY AND CONNECTED INJECTOR BACK IN PLACE. USING SCAN TOOL, ACTIVATED ASD CONTROL STATE AND LEFT IT ACTIVATED. CHECKED FOR POWER FROM CONNECTOR AND ATTACHED TO GOOD GROUND; GOOD POWER FOUND AT F342 CONNECTOR. CHECKED CIRCUIT RESISTANCE OF GROUND AND FOUND THAT THE RESISTANCE IS AT 4.2OHMS; GOOD WITH SPECS BEING 5.0OHMS AND LOWER. WITH ALL DIAGNOSTIC FINDINGS, SUGGEST REPLACEMENT OF INJECTOR 3 AND RECHECK MISFIRE AFTER REPLACEMENT. FOR SMOKE CONCERN: FOUND THAT ENGINE OIL IS SLIGHTLY LOW; ADDED ONLY 1 QUART OF ENGINE OIL. CHECKED ENGINE OIL FOR CONTAMINANTS; NO COOLANT FOUND IN ENGINE OIL. PERFORMED BLOCK TEST OF RADIATOR TO ENSURE NO LEAKS FOR COMBUSTION CHAMBER; NONE FOUND.
